I was told by new network as they got a message when trying to sort it out. The woman who was dealing with it told me the name of the woman it had been given to and she said in all the eight years of working there she had never had it happen before.but they are more helpful and friendlier than orange customer services whose asian call centres are so rude when they can understand you that is
