Subject: Dell Inspiron 1545 sound stutter

The only programs in the Startup folder are Dell Dock and WinZip Quick Pick. This sound problem has occured with a lot of owners of Dell Inspiron's so there seems to be a specific reason why it happens, which I don't think is due to the amount of programs running.
