Subject: blown motherboard laptop

it was a repair tec im taking it to in the morning . symptom simple get the blue power light when the ac is plugged in but will not turn on . it did do the other day full charge on battery then just went off you know like when a tv blows it just makes a hissing sound and zaps the picture . hoping it is just something basic like a loose wire faulty power supply
