i hear ppl telling u the pro steps they should tell u a simple thing to visit www.hirensbootcd.org/download and get that iso it have mini xp to enable u to take out ur impotances from the drive then u format .formating its nt a healthy thing for the drive when its nt neccesery as people lyk to do so .that iso have every thing from twicking win7 to take ownership to edit system folders to hardware testing the health of it recovery ,password removals etc write that iso on disk then ul be having a
