for a start 39heaven orange isnt a british company so u have no arguement where they base there call center lol and it doesnt matter when u bought your sim cheeky6 it doesnt mean it was born on that day... Every network has problems u move network u get a diff problem nothing is perfect and never will be! Iv not had problems with orange for over 8 months and i always get a british call center lol
