@mrratty did you give them your mobile number like this 00447x x xX or like 004407x x xX just tell them to remove first zero from your 07 number and add 0044 or +44. same for you, when you call remove the first 0 from there number and add 001 or+1. if it still doesnt work. try calling that number and see if it works
