The only way you'll get free calls from Digicel is if you are willing to pay for the first 5 minutes of call time eg. 5min x 10 dollar on peak hours equals 50 for a single call, the next 25 minutes will be free (digi to digi). 5min x 8 dollar on off peak hours will equal 40 dollar for a single call, the next 25 minutes will be free(digi to digi). To call another carrier 17.50 for every minute.
