technically everyone with an android smartphone has, all android phones are Linux operating system, and since Ubuntu is just another version of Linux its safe to assume we all haveif i'm not mistaken android is basically java that runs on top of a modified linux kernel and it doesn't follow file hierarchy standards just like linux distros, while ubuntu is.. well, ubuntu as we knoe it. i'll choose the 'real' linux not java if i have to choose.
