Sony Ericsson S700i has 1.3 megapixel camera and it makes really good photos! Sharp TM200 has 2mpxs,Samsung S2300 has 3mpxs and Samsung V5400 has 5mpxs but it's only avalable in Japan. And it's soooo expensive!
