Sharp takes us ever closer to a proper cellphone/TV hybrid with the SH903iTV, a clamshell that will be a part of Japans's NTTDoCoMo's lineup in the near future. By far, the biggest ''gee golly'' feature is the 3-inch widescreen display that has a resolution of 204x400 pixels and appears to have been integrated quite nicely into the cellphone's design. The widescreen display is capable of displaying 256,000 colors while the external OLED (you know, the one you use to see what time it is) is 0.8-inches wide. And since that spacious display would be going to waste if all it did was display your address book, expect to be able to view (and record!) TV shows that are digitally broadcast. 10/16/2006 2:49:25 PM ---
