LG Shine launches in Korea - the second handset in LG's Black Label series - featuring a 2 mega-pixel camera, a metal bodied super-slim design, and a mirror LCD that transforms into a color screen when the phone is activated.

Following the phenomenal success of the first handset of the Black Label series, the LG Chocolate phone, LG Electronics today unveiled the second handset of the Black Label series with a pet name ''Shine'' in the Korean market.

LG Shine launched into the Korean market on October 18th, 2006, is a fully metal bodied super-slim handset with a trendy tricky mirror LCD on the front that magically transforms into a high-quality colour screen when the phone is activated. The super slim and sleek design defies its high-tech functionality which includes a 2 mega-pixel camera and a convenient scroll-key function on the front.

The feature-rich, slim LG Shine is designed with a sophisticated, yet highly trendy 'Styled in Metal' concept and has a look and feel totally dissimilar to any previous handset combining fantastic styling with cutting-edge technology.

LG Shine will be tailor-made to accommodate the different needs of the global market and is currently under research prior to its global launch. Detail of global product specification, global launch date and pricing will be available early 2007.
