Rap star fined for phone driving

UTV Live reports that Rapper Busta Rhymes was pulled over and given a ticket, after allegedly being spotted talking on his cell phone as he drove past a Manhattan police station.

''In 2001 New York became the first US state to ban the use of hand-held phones while driving. Drivers face fines of USUSD100 for the first violation, USUSD200 for the second, and USUSD500 thereafter.''
