This budget flip phone just offers the basics, such as Bluetooth and a speakerphone, with an eye towards style.

The LG LX150 is nice and lightweight at just 3.2 ounces, but is also light on features. The clamshell features an attractive blue finish and a handy dedicated text message key, but calling features are limited to Bluetooth and a speakerphone. Priced under USD30, the bare-bones handset is a solid option for the cell phone phobic.
